About Dallis Ketchum

J. Dallis Ketchum Realtor | Broker | Partner Memphis native and Ole Miss alum Dallis Ketchum found himself in the property business quite by accident. He studied sociology and set out to pursue a career in medicine. While in college, Dallis worked as a paramedic before realizing it wasn't the lifestyle he wanted for himself. In 2005, Dallis moved to Jackson, where he saw an enormous opportunity to enter the world of real estate. Dallis tried his hand, rather successfully, at the business of wholesaling investment properties, an endeavor that steadily grew into asset acquisition and portfolio management. Now, at NeighborHouse, Dallis oversees the management companies, where he oversees hundreds of individual homes and clients in the tri-county area. "I love the code cracking of entrepreneurial effectiveness that comes along with this job," says Dallis. "I feel a real calling to drive order where there is chaos." Dallis also works diligently in the sale of the brokerage, selling all over the tri-county area, but working most often in Belhaven, Fondren, NE Jackson, Eastover, and Leftover. Dallis and his wife Christy live in the Belhaven neighborhood of Jackson with their three children. He serves as a deacon at First Presbyterian Church of Jackson and enjoys cycling, paddling, spending time with his family and throwing anything and everything on the grill.
